I had a problem with my credit card and I now see multiple charges on my account. A message on your site indicated that charges that were not completed will be removed in 1-2 business days. However, It makes me uncomfortable to have extra changes on my account.
Three days later and the pending charges is still in my credit card statement. I called customer service earlier today and was assured it will come off by tomorrow. Hope so

Easy and had what i wanted
It's hard to know if the correct flowers were delivered as this was a gift to a person in another state.
This is my 2nd time ordering, last month the 1st arrangement was gorgeous, filled with beautiful healthy flowers. My recent order, delivered today, is a HUGE disappointment. I chose Designers Choice Bouquet, unfortunately, it was a spindly little sparse bouquet, resembling a $5.99 bouquet from the local grocery store check out lane. I am not sure I will take the chance a 3rd time, when ordering flowers again.

Though one of my arrangements looked different from the photo, the flowers were still beautifully arranged and vibrant nonetheless. That's the first time the arrangement was different - in the past they're close to identical and so stunning.
My step sons mother received her flowers and bear the very next day when they gave a date further out for delivery. So happy with your service

I didn't even get half of the flowers listed in the description of the bouquet. I paid seventy dollars to have this bouquet and got flowers in the vase that weren't listed in the description. I do not plan on shopping here again. Out of the five flowers listed that would be in the vase, only two were there. This product was highly disappointing.

This was a "thank you" flower delivery...nothing was bright or beautiful about those flowers, they looked like left over flowers from a funeral not sure if it is your company or the florist but that is not an attractive flower arrangement to say thank you
It looks different from the flower I ordered. Your photo shows that it contains a couple of roses together but I can't see them in the flower delivered. A little frustrated!

Part 1: So far I have no complaints. I will do another review once the casket spray has been delivered and I can see the quality of the flowers. Part 2: I just left the funeral home and the casket spray is simply gorgeous! Couldn't be happier with the arrangement. I know my MOM is smiling down on me.
