Great site for ordering same day flowers
I was very happy with the service and delivery. Although I do have a complaint, the picture of the flowers that I bought did not match the flowers that were delivered. Although they were beautiful. They were missing the daisies
I ordered an arrangement pictured on the website, they called and said they couldn't do thay specific one and asked if they could do a florist picked bouquet I said yes as long as it is as good as what I paid $52 for. It was NOT. Flowers wilted, and looked cheap. I am not at all happy with the order.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
