Flowers are okay, but NOTHING like the picture showed. The picture showed it full of blue lilies and it only showed up with 3. I paid extra for the deluxe package & feel like I received the budget package! I also assumed you would use a REAL flower shop. Instead, you guys used a GROCERY store! They are NOT professional enough!
I also sent my mom a package with a mothers day balloon & it showed up with an UGLY yellow smiley face! You know, the one that says have a nice day. I would have rather had you skip the balloon altogether!
Next time I will just buy it myself & pay my kids friends to deliver it!

East ordering process
You REALLY NEED TO BE TRANSPARENT and post the FINAL total of the sale PRIOR TO taking payment information. The $15.00 fee for delivery was not expected. I assumed it was part of the cost of the flowers. They better be special for just under $100.00
The flowers were fresh and well assorted. I love them, she loves them.

Order was delivered, I did contact customer service very helpful, was not happy with the arrangement sent didn't have the same flowers in the arrangement that was delivered compared to what I ordered (not 1 sunflower at all) flowers were substituted but there was a reason for choosing the arrangement with sunflowers.
A little too much handling charge but flowers looked nice.
I think you all offer a great price, but I also think that the delivery fee is a bit pricey...almost 50% of the total price. However, that's my only complaint.
Other than that the recipients ( my sisters) loved the flowers

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
