Easy to make a selection and input information to send flowers to a friend in another state.
My friend texted me a photo of the arrangement and it didn't look near as fabulous as the picture I chose on-line for the arrangement. It was a little disappointing, but the flowers certainly cheered up my friend that is recovering from surgery.
I WASN'T TOLD ABOUT S/H CHARGE. DON'T LIKE SURPRISES EVEN IF IT'S $4.99.
Expensive. But other than that, I was happy.

When I first placed this order, the flowers were to be delivered to the hospital. My daughter had been released just prior to the delivery. Thank-you so much for contacting me to get another delivery address. Unfortunately, my dyslexia kicked in and I transposed the house numbers. Again, thank-you so much for contacting me to get the delivery address corrected. My daughter received her bouquet, she was so happy, she said "it made my day, they are beautiful"...that's exactly the response I was looking for. Thank-you for being so wonderful and making it easy for me to make her feel better.

I ordered a heart spray for my mother-in-laws funeral. They did not have the heart so they substituted just a spray in same colors. I paid the expedition fee and it still was several hours late, when I talked to the customer service rep and she finally told me what was going on and she said she would refund the fee and give me another 15percent off, which I thought would be refunded but is actually a credit that expires in 2 weeks and I will defiantly NOT use. So I am really disappointed in fromyouflowers and will make sure to call the florist direct next time.

My flowers weren't delivered on the day that the confirmation email said that they were. The flowers weren't delivered until I called to ask why my girlfriend had not received the flowers on time (expedited delivery) and why she didn't receive them AT ALL even when the florist had claimed that they did indeed complete the job even though they did not. The florist lied. I was only refunded the expedited fee and the same day delivery fee. I feel like I should habe only been charged they cost of the flowers themselves and nothing more. I am unsure if I will ever use this service again. I don't think it's right that the company itself did not accept blame for what happened in the form of refunding me their part of the fees. Please respond back to me.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
