15 dollars service/handling is a lot. The gift was zip tied to the cardboard inside and got stuck then dropped and shattered. Packaging should be a little more separate to reduce risk of damage when opening. Beside that it was a good experience.

Flowers were delivered same day around 4pm... my mother called to say she received the flowers and described them to me... didn't sound that the flowers were as picked out as they had carnations and the bouquet I picked out didn't have carnations... in fact she said bouquet was carnations and daisys which neither one were in picture of bouquet I chose... but i was glad she received them for her 80th birthday
From ordered to payment was fine. Only thing that im not satisfied was the actual flower received was so different from the picture compare to website and not tally as described. Not worth for the money i paid at all.
