Quick and easy
The flowers I ordered were fresh, fragrant and beautiful. They did not come arranged which wasn't expected but since they were in good condition it wasn't a big set back. I would order through this flower delivery again.
The only bothersome thing was that in order to change the delivery zip code, I had to go back three pages. When I entered the correct zip and proceeded through the steps, I ended up with two orders. I had to start over in order to clear the cart and change the zip. It would be helpful if you had an edit button on the recipient address page, so corrections could be made to the zip. Otherwise, it was great!

I would just like to recommend that you have a daily display of the Florist Designed Bouquet, so that the customer know what they are purchasing. From what I thought I was ordering to what I actually received was totally different.
Why did the florist ask for the address? I entered all recipient address info online when I placed the order!

This is an extremely easy website to use. Flowers were delivered on the date requested and I was told were lovely.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
