Advertised same day delivery but then charged for it and then on top of the service and handling. I would have expected for $14.99 service and handling it would have included same delivery. Not be charged for both.

Well picture showed full flowers and when arrangement was received it didn't even have same flowers as arrangement on website

Easy ordering, delivered as promised, receipiant happy. I was disappointed that the colors of certain flowers were changed. Pic showed orange lilies and yellow roses...they were reversed which wouldn't mean much except those flowers in those colors had special meanings to receiver.

Unfortunatly I have been a loyal customer but this is three times in a row that I have been disspointed in the service and product. The current delivery was ontime but the arrangement was not very nice.
You made everything simple and quick. Just the way I like it when shopping online... this was the initial thought. But once I received the confirmation email Jan 6,2016 the recipient did not receive it. So I had to send an email today, the 7th, and inquire about the flowers and they just came in. The flowers were beautiful but i'm disappointed they were late. Made me look stupid. Anticlimactic. Oh well.

The selection was amazing!
But, the flowers were not delivered same day.
However, I was contacted right away this morning and made aware of the situation. I was given a credit and an apology.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
