I needed flowers delivered the same day, so I paid a little more to get them delivered within four hours... they were delivered in 3 hours and 55 minutes. The flower arrangement was even better than expected and made my wife very happy.

The ordering process was simple and they have plenty of options for any occasion. I was quite pleased.

Thank you again for providing flowers via your site that made my sister's day on her birthday. This is the third order I have place in about a month via your site. I have two more sister's with birthday's coming up soon and am seriously considering sending more flowers via You Flowers. I do have an issue with your products and pricing. It is very frustrating and I want to share this with you because I am hoping to be doing business for you long into the future. OK, i.e., you send a $10 coupon to me today so I view your products and zero in on a couple. Then I look up the same products without the coupon and see the price is $10 less. Then there is the 'silver rewards' that I now qualify for and am racking up some points but for the life of me I don't see any advantage nor any way to actually use accumulated points - so what is this? And of course I can also get a discount via your promotion for free delivery again with another price for the same product albeit it appears the 'free delivery' is the best deal. My point/wish is that you had one price and if needed squash the discounts or reduce them. You buyers surely aren't so gullible. It sure would make ordering easier while ensuring I am getting the best price on my selection.

I wished to change the time of arrival from morning priority to anytime before 5pm. I was told this was not possible, and a refund for the extra cost for this priority delivery was not made.

It was disappointing that this could not be processed.

Also disappointing was the $15 hidden service fee added to the purchase. This is really cheeky marketing. On the website you advertise that new customer's get a $15 discount, but then this is added later in the process disguised as a "service/processing fee".

I would not recommend this company to others/use this company again for these reasons.
