Our aunt was thrilled to receive the arrangement as she recovers in the hospital. We would have liked to see the finished product, but that's not an option. She said she'd try and send a picture of it for us, but that's a lot to ask.

The initial bouquet was very unsatisfactory and although I had paid for an upgrade, the product was not the quality that I was led to believe I would get. The replacement was nice but the birthday surprise was marred by the initial experience.

The funeral was at 1pm, this company didnt get the flower arrangement to the service until after the service started. Why ask for service time if you cannot get me the flowers on time. The flowers were beautiful. But the service sucked.
I needed this arrangement quickly for an out of town death that I could not attend the funeral. They were right on time and according to other relatives it was a beautiful arrangement.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
