I'm very disappointed on the flower arrangement that I purchase from your store yesterday and was deliver to a loved one, really 56.22. I know that that includes the delivery but it is totally different from you advertise. I will not buy from this store again, I will post on my reviews. All I wanted it get what I paid for, I even chose the Deluxe just to make sure I would get a good size arrangement.

The arrangement looked nothing like the illustration in the end; fewer tips were included by a great number and several of them were buds as opposed to bloomed. After concierge placed our order we became aware of this trend and we are apparently the latest to have experienced this subpar service. It seems likely that under such conditions it will not be long before FromYouFlowers' reputation for such subpar products will become publicly obvious and it probably cannot continue indenfinitely.
We gave it a shot (and did not cancel our order), but now we know as well.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
