They didnt think to tell me certain flowers werent in season, and then substitued my pretty bouquet of sunflowers for some hideous poop. When i asked them to at least LET ME CHOOSE something else of equal or lesser value, they were not understanding. Complete trash!
I received flowers for my birthday as a gift. They were delivered AFTER I left the office for the day, the card looks like a child wrote it and not only were my flowers wilted and obviously old, they were NOT the arrangement my sister ordered.

As with all flower delivery services, the arrangements are not quite as nice as the photos presented, and don't necessarily include the type of flowers pictured, but overall I'm very happy with service and freshness of the arrangement.
Wasn't happy about the $4.99 expedited fee that was added without explanation... The message that I asked to be included in my delivery was not, therefore the person that I sent the flowers to had no idea who they were from...
I just can't believe how much the flowers are and they really don't look like the flowers on the website( not as full) and I paid for an upgrade.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
