Ordered same day delivery flowers, only to be notified later in the day that they could not complete the order as requested and it would take an additional day to deliver. Was offered a partial refund due to the inconvenience. The flowered turned out great though, but wish they got delivered on the day I ordered them.

All aspects of order went well, except delivery. Flowers were left at front door without deliverer either knocking or ringing door bell. Receiver was home all day. Delivery was made at 3:03 pm this date. I called the receiver at 3:55 pm to assure delivery was in fact done and I had to inform the receiver the flowers were at her front door. She did not know they had been delivered!

Great choices and easy to order
The actual product I ordered was much smaller & did not look much like the one I saw online. I was disappointed as I had ordered the medium size arrangement (looked like the small arrangement was sent) & it was supposed to have a cardinal in it, but did not. Also, the arrangement was left outside on the porch steps. The porch screen door was unlocked, but the delivery person did not attempt to deliver directly to the front door & ring the door bell. My grandmother was unaware of the delivery until the next day & it had been raining.
My daughter knew I used a new flower service. She loved the flowers!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
