I think it's excessive to add two charges for same day delivery.
Usually exceptional, but this is the first time that the flowers were not up to the premium standards I expect from fromyouflowers.com. This comment does not change my overall opinion, nor downgrade my opinions, but I surely hope this is not a trend for 2016.
Good flowers but delivered late. Disappointed.
It was deliverd a day late
I had an expedited order to be delivered on the same day and my order was not delivered after 5 hrs. The operator realized this when I called looking for my order and told me that my expedited fee will be refunded. Unfortunately the person I was giving this to got the flowers before she was heading home from work. Not good enough. One reason why I don't like using franchises for such small order. We little guys are ignored.
My aunt loved the flowers.

The flowers we received a day late, were not even close to the picture. It seems to be the smaller less expensive arrangement than the one pictured.
A phone message was left at the phone # given but this was left at 4:15 pm.
We received a call today stating they were going to deliver the flowers this afternoon because the think they have another delivery in our area before asking when we would be home, told the lady we would be home untill 10am my wife had a appointment at 10:30 for about 1-1/2 hrs then leaves for work at 2:30.
They did deliver the flowers around 10:00 am.
Not happy with the follow up from the florest, and the arrangement was not what was pictured.

The service and handling fee of $14.99 is excessive and almost caused me to choose a different company.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
