Everything was perfect. My wife was very happy and so was I. The flowers where great quality and very fresh. They made a great start to our anniversary day.
Service was good, but floral bouquet was smallish and less striking than the pictured flowers. Flowers looked a little stressed. Keep the good service but concentrate on the goods.

At first it appeared the product delivered was not exactly what I ordered from the picture you have on your website and for the money I paid I was a little disappointed. The flower were so small...I felt like It was a joke when I went to see the flowers. The first time I ordered for my aunt, I was totally satisfied. I decide to surprise my boss, and I didn't get what I paid for. Too Small, looked like I did it my self. I am not satisfied with the floral arrangement. In the picture looked so different. I am very disappointing. Ahhh, and letters in the card, was handwriting letters totally awful, looked like a kid from a kinder wrote it. OMG! I felt embarrassed.
Happy with the arrangement and even happier it got to the recipient within about 4 hours of ordering.

I asked about delivery charges before I placed an order but received no answer. I visited another florist website in the area that offered free delivery.I tried to back out after I seen the delivery charges but it already had my cc digits and so I just followed through with the order instead of having a double bill.
