The flowers she took a pic of that she received were nice. The arrangement online that I was expecting was fuller with freesias, tulips,mums, purple daisies, big sunflowers. I didn't mind paying the price for that arrangement since it was her 21st B-Day. The arrangement she got had maybe 3 tulips, some yellow daisies, tiny looking sunflowers, some greenery. I was disappointed as I can find all the flowers you showed in arrangement online in ad at any grocery store. She thought it was pretty. Anyway, thankyou for asking for the customers response.

I'm not fond of the hidden 'fees'... be up front about them, don't wait until I place my order...
The flowers I ordered from you for a friend for Christmas were BEAUTIFUL. I was very happy with that order. The flowers that were delivered yesterday were nowhere NEAR the beauty and quality as the Christmas bouquet. They were the same price... But since they were delivered to a different city it was most likely a different florist.

Great. Except unfortunately order could not be delivered same day ( Sunday) and i later received an email explaining this/ Thank you and for the upgrade as a courtesy. But it would have been good to know that smaller cities may not be able to deliver on the same day. In the future i'll need to remember or think about this. Otherwise Excellent!

Tried different places online and could not get item delivered to zip code, so loved that you wouldgreater than Paid 7 dollars for delivery time before 10:30 am and did not get there until 1 pm. Will not order again
