The flowers delivered did not look as good as the flowers that were ordered, we were disappointed.
Placed order online from Enid, Oklahoma. My Brother Edward was in a hospital in Phoenix, AZ. I wanted to send Balloons with a stuffed animal instead of flower or plants. Your website gave me options so I could send them. Nurse caring for my brother, Edward saw the delivery of 6 balloons and stuffed animal, said it all look so cute, commented on the number of great looking balloons. I am now a loyal customer to your company for same day delivery and email confirmation that they were delivered. Doing business with a company that gives you many purchase options and prompt delivery is number 1 in my book.

What I ordered was supposedly a $60 bouquet with discounts it seemed like a great price. I guess it was more a too good to be true. What was delivered was equivalent to stopping at a WaWa or 7/11 and picking up 2 $5. Bouquets. It was embarrassing to see our bouquet up against other flowers. Absolutely embarrassing. I will email you a photo of it. I would not have paid more than $15 for that bouquet. I would never recommend this service. Ordering was a breeze and I was so hopeful this would be a good experience. Whatever Florist you chose to deliver these flowers that ultimately represent your company... should be removed from your list of go to florists. Very disappointed.
Arrangement was just as pictured, which doesn't always happen, and was beautiful.
Flower quality was not as expected.
It was easy to use the website. Thought that the flower could have looked better. Flowers were in a light pastel color, which I specifically ordered a dark burgundy flower cake. I also thought it was skimpy & left outside overnight on her porch. They just left them by the front door.
