Website easy to use and choose a bouquet. Hopefully this purchase will be improved over my last bouquet purchase in Folsom (another florist).The bouquet I ordered was substituted with other flowers. I had ordered Sugar and Sweet because I really liked it and my friend got green and purple with a couple of roses. Not a happy customer.

The experience has been good. After I placed a surprise order, the recipient changes their plans and was scheduled to leave early. Although it is not in their policy, the company stayed in contact with me and did their best to try to keep in contact with the local florist to jeep me up-to-date with delivery times. I really appreciate the effort!

Very happy with flowers and service. Biggest smile on my 87 yr old mother's birthday. Ordered the florist design choice and was beautiful. First time using FromYouFlowers.com, but will definitely use again.

I didn't like the local florist they used had the policy of not leaving the flowers unless someone was home. Typically, when I've ordered from 1800flowers, they leave the flowers at the door even if no one answers the doorbell. That saves time and it lets the recipient go out and not have to stay in all day waiting for a delivery, especially because the website doesn't let you specify a delivery time. That's all though- overall, the process was easy and the flowers were gorgeous.

The only complaint I have is that you should be able to edit the size of the plant at the review page. I had to type all the information in again after changing the size of the plant.

The flowers received were not comparable to the flowers I ordered. The picture has 5 roses, bouquet received only has 2. Picture had red vase, received a clear smaller vase. Arrangement was not like the picture I ordered. I am disappointed.
