I bought the Premium Let's Celebrate arrangement that's shown in an orange glass vase. The flowers were beautiful and fresh and the delivery was on time, which was great because it was for a party centerpiece. But, I was dismayed at the small size of the arrangement. It was a beautiful bouquet but I expected the premium level to be a larger arrangement. Also, it came in a red round glass vase instead of the orange one in the web picture. The vase color and shape is important because it was meaningful to the person being honored at the party and that was also a big factor in how I selected that arrangement. I've purchased here before but this is the first time I was disappointed.
I will check on the condition of the flowers as I can talk openly with the recipient. If they are as pretty as the picture, I will be using you from now on. If not, I will be asking for a refund!
UPDATE after delivery: These flowers were a joke. They looked absolutely nothing like the picture from which I picked my flowers. I chose the Radiant Peruvian Lilies. The few flowers in the arrangement were nothing like the picture, where there were numerous stems of flowers. I have a picture of them, which I plan to forward to you. I'll never use your services again and will certainly tell others how dissatisfied I am. I don't know how CNBC ever gave you such high praise. I would like a refund on this poor excuse for an arrangement. They weren't worth the $14.99 delivery, much less the total price of $42.99. I am embarrassed that my friend thinks I was this cheap.

I wish I had been notified of the shipping price ahead of time. It caught me off guard, wasn't shown until the end, and was more than I expected ($15).
The product arrived later in the day than I expected, but it made me uneasy because I had no way to track it, and it needed to arrive on that day. It eventually got there, and technically did meet the deadline.
The picture showed blue flowers, which is part of why I made that selection, but the arrangement arrived with only white and yellow flowers. Beautiful, but not what I imagines.

Very easy to use from a phone browser, great shopping experience. After getting the flowers they looked nothing like the ones I purchased, not even close. I was offered a gift certificate which I will never use because I cannot trust that the company will send what I order.
