The 15% off code would not work and the service/handling fee is ridiculous. I have a newborn or I would have searched for a cheaper or more upfront option. I have zero respect for companies who conduct business like this - not disclosing fees upfront and taking advantage of peoples' time.

I use this all the time. There were 2 times I had to get replacement flowers. For the most part I'm very satisfied.

I upgraded from the lower price to the mid-price for these flowers. I ordered a 'get well' balloon. What arrived for this recipient (just out of cancer surgery) was a very SMALL arrangement (5 flowers) and a Valentine balloon. This is unacceptable. If I use your service again, I will not upgrade the flowers, and not order a balloon. The last time I purchased from you was a delivery in Texas and it was loose flowers that were on a truck for days and arrived dead - they were replaced. This time, the local florist who fulfilled the order, I believe shortchanged us, and also delivered an incorrect balloon - in a situation that is delicate. So I used to be very happy with your company - but am increasingly disappointed.
I could have bought a full dozen roses for the dinky little arrangement that cost $50+.

From the picture online, I thought there would be far more pink flowers in the arrangement. Instead, my granddaughter sent me a picture of it and it was almost all daisies and few hot pink roses - not like the picture online. Plus, the vase was suppose to be pink, and instead it was clear.

A little too much "jumping" back and forth on your website, in order to make the purchase. But, all said if it is made and delivered as proposed, then it is a positive experience. As for the overall price, it was a bit more than I anticipated. The flowers were delivered on time as requested. Their delivery man even called the person I sent them to and made sure that they were ready to receive the item.
