Flowers were left on doorstep by delivery person. Recipient of flowers did not know they were coming and didn't find them until the next morning.
For the most part pretty good, but 2 times now the flowers I've gotten have not been the greatest quality, already wilting or clearly not healthy I've called and asked about it, but was told that the product was accepted and there wouldn't be any thing further done about it.
I had a very bad experience with a fruit basket order and the replacement. I'm hoping 3rd time is the charm...
Now that the flowers have been delivered I'm disappointed. The fullness of the bouquet and the color does not even compare to what was shown and what I ordered. I guess it's just my luck.

The roses turned out beautifully! I sent them to my mom in Georgia after she had surgery. She loved them! She said they smell and look amazing. They were also delivered when they said they would be, which was a day and half after I made the order. I wasn't too excited about the "service/handling" price put on the total at the very end of the checkout, but overall the dozen roses was cheaper than anywhere else I've seen. Yay!

Placing the order, even to a college dorm, was very easy and the customer service representative answered my concerns thoroughly.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
