When I ordered online flowers were to be delivered it said by noon. Didn't get to see arrangement because it wasn't delivered on time funeral was over.
I hate the different coupon codes and how the automatically populate but wont let you stack. If I clicked through your site, automatically 20%. But if I clicked through my email it would have been 12.19 credit. So of course I googled for free shipping because thats 14.99 off instead.
I just think your prices are great as it is, and you always have coupon codes. Why not just do free shipping all the time, itd be worth it. Thanks!
The Service/Handling fee is hidden until the last step. This is very mis-leading when going through the order process. I am not a fan of this at all, therefore, this is why the three-star rating was given.
I paid for the 4.99 for expedited service to guarantee it by 12 noon and we didn't receive the order until after 1pm
I think the $14.99 service charge is too high and it should have been mentioned before the checkout.

Website has amazing variety of arrangments
It was not as shown on the website. The vase recieved was a plain clear glass, not the pink one pictured. The bow was shabby and the arrangement was mostly greens and very few flowers. I must say, the flowers that were in the arrangement were fresh and nice, but few.

The ordering process was easy, i actually wanted to edit the order (item) but ordering page only allowed me to edit the delivery info, not the items ordered...bummer!
Flowers didn't really match the picture. Second time this happened using your service.
I ordered the Rose and Lily Celebration flowers with pink ribbon for my daughter and son-in-law in celebration of our granddaughter's birth. I live out of state, though my daughter said the flowers were beautiful.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
