First time buyer, person was pleased with arrangement and balloon.
My order was delivered 30 hours late after I paid extra for expedited service. They said they would reimburse the fee and give me a 15% discount. I said I was not happy with that and the girl said she could only give 20% max. Haven't seen it yet. The flowers were skimpy for $50. Won't use this company again.

It was good and a phone call to find out heights was good. HOWEVER be careful online to check the 'hidden' box that you do not want Glamour magazine! Too Tricky!
