I was unaware of service charges, but after receiving a prompt response to a review I left, (within minutes), I did some research and found that it is fairly common practice and that actually the charges were less than most other notable floral shops. I was pleased with the overall experience because of the response time of the representative involved. I hope that the order is well received as I am writing this review before delivery, but I am sure they will make sure it is great. Regards.
I have a picture of what I wanted/ordered and then my sister-in-law sent me a picture of what she got (I live in Illinois)...what a joke, where are the flowers? Not happy at all!
I did not receive the item that I ordered. I ordered the Sweet and Savory Basket. The website lists it as containing things like cookies, crackers, chocolate, pretzels, and chips. I didn't expect exactly the items shown in the picture, but I did expect that it would at least contain what was mentioned in the description. What I got instead was a basket full of fruit, candy bars, a summer sausage, and a whole bunch of cheese. I specifically ordered this basket because it didn't list cheese or meat, as the recipient doesn't eat either. I understand the substitutions need to be made, but the items weren't even close to what was advertised. The quality was lacking also. The cheese consisted of string cheese and individually wrapped Kraft cheese snacks. The chocolate was candy bars. I'm absolutely embarrassed to have sent this to someone. 100% completely dissatisfied.
I am dissatisfied with my order for the following reason: I ordered the upgraded balloon and teddy bear arrangement. What my grandson received was six balloons and a small teddy bear. I can not imagine what the smaller order would be. I paid $70 for this - a waste of money and I will not use your site or any Bing recommendations again.

Expensive, high mark up
Flower's could not be delivered when requested, but were delivered the next day. Was told that delivery charge would be taken off bill & flower's would be upgraded.
The flowers were not very fresh and it was not the size arrangement I ordered.

Good experience except whoever filled out the card filled it out wrong and the person who received the flowers had to call all over trying to find out who sent them to her. It was suppose to be from your Baby Sister and they put baby sitter.
I wished the handling fee was clearly stated upfront
They guaranteed the delivery for a funeral. They didn't deliver. I got a call during the funeral (my phone was off). They left a message saying they couldn't deliver. I tried 3 times to call them back and was on hold for 5-10 minutes each time. I had to email them 3 times before I got a refund. Just don't bother if you actually want the flowers.
5 stars so far if you get those flowers as promised same day delivery then the stars stay thank you - i went through Ftd- FDE to have flowers delivered and neither one could get done what you did-/ thank so much

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
