My friend loved this flower arrangement (Pink Petals Bouquet). It arrived on a very cold winter day but the flowers had not wilted at all and were very fresh and beautiful...even days later. Thank you.

PS your price was probably good but I am Canadian and the exchange is pricey at the moment :)

I'm not sure why my flowers were not delivered when promised. I paid $5.00 extra to have them delivered in the morning, but they were not delivered until afternoon.

I sent an email on the 19th about how badly the flowers were wilted & several with blackened edges. I was actually embarrassed as we were there after my Daughter had given birth to her 1st Baby. I can say that they were delivered at a timely manner. Thank you for your time.

I was the recipient of flowers from my brother and sister. They were not able to deliver on my birthday, which was Monday the 18th. The flowers were left at my door after three p.m. the following day. There were a lot of flowers rather crammed into a fairly short vase. There were lots of the little pink lillies, most of which were drooping. There were three balloons tied around the glass vase rather than on a stick above them. So the balloon ribbons were pushing on the flowers. The flowers were arranged extremely poorly. They were all pretty much the same height.

Flowers were exceptional, beyond satisfied with them. The only thing that I didn't like was the note. I typed what they were to put on it. They got all the words correct, but they cut off some of the words towards the end of the sentence. Made the note look like someone other than a professional made it.

Can't get worse

I tried these guys twice. Once Oct 2015 and Jan 2016. The Oct order never arrived, and on a $62.98 bill, they only refunded less than $13.

The Jan order showed up 4 days late (was for Mom's birthday) the size was small (ordered the Deluxe big one) and the flowers were old and not nice. The vase also was quite different than the picture.

I would not use them!

The flowers were pretty and order delivered on day promped. Biggest disappointment was the website said it would come in a galvanised tin pitcher and instead was delivered in a cheap plastic vase spray painted silver. For the price paid, not too happy.

I'm so disappointed with this company, I've used them once before and it was great but this time around it is a major disappointment. I purchased this on behalf of my father for their 25th anniversary and the bouquet my mother received was just sad and definitely not as depicted even though I paid for a Deluxe size bouquet (which is depicted) it was so small with even some dying roses and old carnations and baby's breath. I could tell my mom wasn't as wowed by this and only appreciated this because of the nice gesture. Also I paid for guaranteed delivery before 12 PM and my mom received her flower delivery around 2 pm, what's the point in paying extra for them to just deliver it during the regular business hours? So disappointed with this service and fromyourflowes should make this right. Please contact me if you'd like to discuss further.
