The selection and pricing seemed great until a surprise $15 service fee popped up on the final checkout screen. Was still an ok deal, or so I thought, until I saw the flowers that were actually delivered to my friend... Nothing like the picture. Waaaay less flowers, very underwhelming arrangement. Certainly NOT worth anywhere near what I paid for it. If this is how they conduct business, I would not order from them again.

Flowers were ordered in CA to be delivered in MN for 90th birthday of relative. I just received a photo of the delivered flowers. Although they might be considered as beautiful, the arrangement appeared to be very limited and not at all as appealing as the advertised picture. I paid additional $10.00 for the deluxe size and it certainly didn't meet that standard. There were just a few of the blue flowers so small number of larger flowers (white lily and yellow roses) looked very spare. I would not order through this service again and now wonder which florest delivered the flowers.
The flowers were fresh and lovely. My daughter loved receiving them for her birthday!
I always enjoy your services but my flowers always seem to be delivered a day after posted delivery date on the web page.

Flowers were great she finally got them at 3 pm which was a little irritating because I paid for before noon delivery.
Your employees were great in trying to get the order delivered, but it was 4 days late, the address street was wrong, they did not immediately tell me that the item I ordered none. Of the Dallas florists had red rose plants so we could change the order to something else until 3 days later. I do appreciate the fact they offered an apology and an upgrade and my sister said the Azalea plant was very beautiful. So that is why my ratings fell so low. Thanks for finally getting them to her.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
