The delivered flowers looked nothing like the image displayed on the website. This was a surprise for a friend and even she was disappointed with the outcome. The price was right, and the bouquet I thought I was sending looked beautiful. I understand with the weather it is harder to fulfill this task, I would like a warning or another bouquet sent.
I would recommend more info when selecting from address book on purchase page... both to same person, but two different addresses (home and hospital). Confusing...
I like the follow up on delivery, but unless/until you see the flowers it is difficult to comment of how satisfied you are with what was received. Imagine they are lovely.
It's a steep price for followers but considering that it has same day delivery i have no problem paying a premium for premium service!

The arrangements look beautiful. The website is easy to traverse and the price is about right. What was most difficult about ordering was choosing the bouquet. I had 4 or 5 flower arrangements that I liked to have sent.

I paid for same day delivery and it wasn't delivered till the next day, so my daughter didn't get them for her birthday as I had ordered. The florist said she was not home but I had told her she was getting something delivered and she said she would be there all day. They had her phone # and didn't call her either. So needless to say I was very upset! Will I order again doubt it!

I think you have a good selection and I like that I could add on chocolates, balloons, etc. I was irritated that there was an extra fee at the end of checkout. These were for my mother on her birthday, unfortunately the cancer treatment center (the Hope Lodge) cannot allow plants or flowers inside, so these wilted in her car outside. :( She said the arrangement was lovely though, and she appreciated the thought. Id send her more when she gets out, but I probably cant afford it, since I spent all my money on this order.

Yah flowers looked nothing like the picture for orange sorbet. Not a single lily had bloomed so there were only three yellow roses blooming in the whole vase. Yellow roses were not pictured at all. A little disappointed.

The pictures of the deluxe and premium did not show up nor was there a description of the differences between each size.
Colors of the flowers were NOT blue and white as requested specifically. Very minimal amount of flowers for the price. Overall very unsatistied.
