I received a picture of the flowers I sent to a friend in California. They were delivered on time. I was not expecting the bill to be as high as it was. I thought the vase was included in the price and the shipping charge was higher than expected. Otherwise, the service was good.

I placed my order for same day delivery and come to find out, mind you without being contacted, that they did NOT deliver the flowers. After I called to find out why, instead of at the least giving me more of a discount, you guys only waived the $2.99 charge and promised that it'd be delivered the next day. Totally disappointed.
