Delivery person did not notify the people I sent it to that it had been delivered. It was left outside on the front porch and because they enter there house thru the garage, they did not know it was there until I talked to them 2 days later. I was very expensive and will probably die because of the way the delivery was handled. Also I was lead to believe that it would be blooming when it arrived and it was not.
As the flowers were not for me I haven't seen them but the recipient is very happy with them and says that they are beautiful. It is good to find a reliable service for sending flowers overseas

You do not show the true charges on the page showing flowers. It went from $31 to $54 in a hurry with your extra charges.
Flowers showed up looking completely different than the picture. No roses or lilies! The arrangement was terrible, and not proportionate! The one time I buy flowers and spend $50, I'm disappointed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
