For the second time the delivery people ignored my note to deliver to the back door. Flowers were left at front door which recipient does not use. Thus they sat out in freezing weather for long time.
After twice placing an order for my sister on her Birthday and paying with it with VISA. It would not go thru. I called the company and RUTH answered the phone as if I was an interruption in her day and she gave me a hard time. A few minute later a call beck fro a different agent informed me they could not find my order or any trace of me. He said they would call back and try to help locate my order.
THESE BUMS are SCAMMERS! When I pushed the button for corporate absolutely happened. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CREEPS they are clearly PHONY'S.

Flowers were fine. Delivery time was almost 2 hrs later than it was supposed to be.
I'm always a little disappointed because there are lots of discount offers, one is applied but the "hidden" charges are added just before you confirm the order. Other than that, the prices are not bad and it is easy to reorder for annual events.
