She receives a lot of flowers for a lot of occasions so she is use to getting flowers often. But she really liked this arrangement. I will use them again for my florist. I ordered late morning and flowers were delivered by mid afternoon!

My mother received her flowers on time! She was not at home but your delivery driver was kind enough to place them around at a side door so they would be under a porch cover. Then he went above and beyond and called her and left her a message letting her know wshere they were. GREAT customer service.
I was not crazy about the arrangement (it was yellow and red) but thats my fault. I should have actually picked out an arrangementyself.

Your deliver fees seem high. $15 to deliver is extreme. Even though I purchased a deal at $10.00 off, I still ended up paying over $37 for a $19.99 order. I called a local florist after I placed my order to ask what their delivery fee was and they told me $7.50. I will definitely keep this in the back of mind. The flowers received were nice but not what the website photo showed. However, the order was delivered in time for our loved ones birthday and they seemed very pleased.
The flowers were pretty but it was not at all like the picture I ordered.
