While i wanted same day delivery, my flowers were sent a day later than i wanted... BUT they are beautiful! I'm very pleased with the overall design and quality of flowers. It matches the photo on the internet perfectly!

I can't really comment on the product that was received since this was a flower arrangement that we ordered to be delivered to one of our customers and so we didn't actually see the arrangement, however the picture was nice. It was delivered in a timely manor.

It's nice to be able to order flowers online if one is not in the same city as the receiver. I was a little disappointed with the arrangement when I first saw picture after it was sent until fully bloomed few days later. Very beautiful and happy with the order.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
