When I first placed my order to have flowers sent to my grand-daughter in the hospital, I was not aware she was on the oncology floor which prohibits any flowers. When my daughter texted me that flowers were not permitted I promptly called customer service, explained the situation and after a few minutes of waiting I was able to substitute a fruit and sweets basket. My grand-daughter received the basket and was thrilled with the contents and couldn't wait to start eating. My original flower order was cancelled with a refund and I placed the new replacement order with no problems.

I ordered for Saturday but when I called to confirm the girl told me it was too late for same day. Sunday delivery ( his actual birthday) wasn't available so they offered me an upgrade, $15 credit on next order and returned $2.99 same day fee. He received the basket on Monday. He loved it!

Delivery of item was on time and looked as it did in the picture! Very satisfied.
The flowers that were delivered didn't really look like the picture, which was a bit disappointing since they were very beautiful in the picture. That being said they were still pretty.

I was sent a picture of what was delivered shortly after the delivery was made. Most of the flowers looked very good except 1 yellow rose I saw looked like it was fully bloomed and had been that way for a day or 2. Other than that, the order was great! Thanks.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
