For 19.99 the flowers are awesome, their beautiful but the delivery price is to me a lot 14.99 almost the price of the flowers. I hope the delivery price can lower without changes to the flowers. If so, I will order again. Thank you

Easy to use and navigate. I had selected the 4 hour delivery but the shipment to the florist was late, the agent I spoke to refunded the expedite fee and had me wait on hold when she personally contacted the florist to find out what time it would be delivered.
I order some flowers for my daughters birthday. I ordered the medium level. I believe the flowers send don't look like the flowers I ordered. I believe those were the lower grade flowers. I'm not to happy with what was sent.
So far order was easy to place but the extra charges were not so great.
Also since these were a gift and the order was just left on the doorstep.
Luckily my family noticed the flowers, anyone could of picked up this

Great service! Delivered flowers to my fiance while she was staying in a hotel in Las Vegas. The flowers were delivered as promised the next day and when she returned to her room the beautiful arrangement was there waiting for her.

Waiting to see the quality of the flowers
I had ordered a Fiesta Basket, which was pictured and described on the website as a basket of Chips, Salsa, Cheese Dip and a block of cheese.
However, what was delivered was a basket of candy bars. It was for my son's birthday and he does not eat chocolate/sweets. I was going to call and ask for the correct item to be delivered, however, my son had already passed out candy bars to some of his co-workers.
It was disappointing because essentially I sent a gift to his office, but not to him!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
