There is a problem with your Survey. I can not rate your product when it is being sent to someone else. I have no idea of it's quality or recpient's satisfaction. I have been notified, by email, the flowers were delivered on the date requested which is good to know. So, basically I am only rating the service. Is that correct? Thank You.

Then I called back to change my message, again Customer Service was fast and polite with no problems. Flowers were beautiful, they really did look like the pic.
