Horrendous. I ordered the Lily Dreams (PREMIUM). Extremely small arrangement. Picture and description has them in a clear vase wrapped in a "hand crafted necklace by Fitz Design." They came in a tarnished silver vase with a string of plastic pearls wrapped around the vase (not a necklace, by the way). Additionally, they had 2-inch stems and were shoved into a green foam type of material. The foam disintegrated within 2 hours of receiving the flowers and we were unable to move them to a different vase due to the extremely short length that they were cut to. Additionally, they came delivered to my wife's job at 4:55pm on Friday (they were ordered 3-days in advance that Tuesday). Complete waste of money. She simply transported them home and directly to the garbage. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

I am convinced this company is a scam. Ordered flowers for a friend who just underwent breast cancer surgery, and I called in the morning and they assured me that they would deliver the same day. That was a load of BS because the flowers never arrived. I called back the next day and they had zero explanation, just said "ok, well we will deliver them today." I agreed and when I checked with my friend, sure enough, NO FLOWERS and NO COMMUNICATION to either me or her. I finally contacted them a third time and the "customer service" guy couldn't care less and severely patronized me and said that maybe it was MY mistake. I demanded a refund at this point, but since all trust was lost at this point, I beat them to the punch and got the charge reversed through my bank.
One last aside: there is something fishy with all the voices of every single one of the people I spoke with, even down to the automated voice of the "please hold and the next available operator will assist you" guy. The voices sound fake, or cartoonish, almost as if it's a scam run by some wannabe actor-types who are having fun with creating characters on the phone. It's bizarre as hell and this business is a load of bull$#*!.
I sent these to someone & have no idea what they look like (the recipient doesn't have the ability to send a cell photo.) I think you need to ask her how she like the flowers, not me. Your questions don't apply to people who send flowers to another.
Excellent customer service, very helpful. Also, my sister-in-law sent me a picture of the bouquet and it is beautiful - great job!

Very easy process. I did see a lot of regular candy in his basket, I expected more premium chocolate for $50.
I have ordered before, and was happy with the products, but this last delivery was unpleasant. The flowers arrived and were beautiful and well arranged, but two days later, they all wilted and died, very unhappy customer. Will never use this site again

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
