I ordered these for my wife and wanted to surprise her. The flowers were beautiful and came in a very nice vase. All of the girls at her work were envious. They came in very timely manner even during a snow storm. I am very pleased and so is my happy wife.

Frustrated with proflowers, so thought I'd try you. Very easy and no up-charge for Monday delivery. Why would I want my daughter's flowers delivered on a day that's not her birthday? That's no fun.

The price of the flower basket showed to be $39.99, but since the website showed an offer of 20% off, I was expecting to pay 20% less. Instead, the total price was increased to 49.99 and I was still charged 39.99 plus a $15.00 delivery charge.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
