I had flowers delivered to me so I could leave directly after work and take them to a friend. They do not even resemble the flowers I ordered. The description reads "includes:

I received ONLY light pink/white carnations with some wacky, tiny daisy flowers. I'M HORRIFIED! No way on the planet I will give these to my friend. They look like something a grocery store would have on clearance. I am SO incredibly disappointed and disgusted.

Flowers were almost 2hrs late. I'd arranged for them to be delivered while my mom was at dialysis to brighten her day. It was her birthday and I wanted to make her happy.
The ordering process was very smooth, the flowers were delivered same day and I believe within the 4hour window that was given for expedited service although I was unable to confirm that with the recipient.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
