Super easy to find and order flowers.
However, when my arrangement was delivered it was missing the single flower I had chosen the arrangement specifically for. Sunflowers were used instead of roses. I hardly think the cost should match so closely between these two flowers. I was offered a gift certificate for a future purchase but I see no reason to trust the company a second time.
This was my first time purchasing from this company. I had no idea other items besides flowers could be delivered! I loved the shopping and checkout experience, super easy! I love the variety of items to choose from, and I absolutely LOVE the SAME DAY DELIVERY option! It saved my life! Delivery time was perfect. I wasn't too happy with how much money I spent. I expected to pay a tad less. I also didn't like that my basket came with a green ribbon, instead of a BLUE ribbon like I had ordered. I also didn't like that one of the items in the basket was crushed. I did, however, like the size of the basket, not too small and not oversized. Another thing I didn't like was the birthday card. When I selected the option for "birthday" card, I was thinking it was an actual birthday themed card, but it not. It is just a piece of paper with the company logo, with my message written on it. It was not birthday themed at all. I give my overall experience 4 out of 5 stars.
