I ordered what appeared to be a beautiful arrangement for my sister inlaw. It was delivered nex day as promised. She sent me a picture. I couldn't believed what I has just been charged $80.00 for! I contacted customer service & they said that they would send out a new arrangement. They did not send anything. I call customer service again and they said they would return my money. SAVE YOUR MONEY! USE SOMEONE ELSE!

I usually get awesome service. The order was delivered super fast... Which is also awesome... But the arrangement was disappointing. It was pretty skimpy.
I tried to call to order 2 dozen tulips. I had a very hard time understanding the operator. And, she asked me to look up the item number on the computer. Please make it easier to call to order. I'm on the computer 24/7 and like the convenience of calling.
