Thank you so much to whoever assembled this basket! It went to some family members caring for my niece who has been hospitalized. When I added the bear to the basket I thought it would be a small, brown, plain bear, but someone must have read my note because they sent an adorable pink and white bear that plays music! It's her new favorite toy and really lifted everyone's spirits! Thank you for personalizing this basket so perfectly!

I can't give a 100% feedback since I have not seen the flowers (except for the web page picture), they where shipped to someone else. All I can rate would be the value, shopping experience, delivery and since I ordered through the internet... You really need to give the option of N/A.
The vase that came with the flowers was a little big for the amount of flowers without any added greenery.

This order was to be delivered on 2/1/15 for someone's birthday. It was not delivered until 2/2/15 and nobody bothered to even call me to let me know it would be delivered a day late. A day late on someone's birthday is a day too late. Was this delay on your end, or the florist? Bad service considering I paid a $15 delivery fee.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
