The only thing I did not like it the $14.99 handling charge! I do like the Ebates cash back though. The local flower shop that made the arrangement used quality flowers but did a poor job arranging and used a lot of ferns. I called fromyouflowers.com and they definitely made it right and with a great attitude!

Very disappointed with the item received. The basket handle was broken, and although the description stated "items may vary from picture" I was extremely embarrassed and not at all pleased with the sub-par generic items that were sent instead. The pittance of a refund didn't make up for not getting what I was expecting.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
