The only thing I did not like it the $14.99 handling charge! I do like the Ebates cash back though. The local flower shop that made the arrangement used quality flowers but did a poor job arranging and used a lot of ferns. I called fromyouflowers.com and they definitely made it right and with a great attitude!

The basket handle was broken, and although the description stated "items may vary from picture" I was extremely embarrassed and not at all pleased with the sub-par generic items that were sent instead. The pittance of a refund didn't make up for not getting what I was expecting.
