I purchased flowers on 2-1-2016 for delivery on 2-2-2016. I paid $4.99 extra for delivery by 12noon on 2-2-2016...the flowers were delivered at 1:45pm... I was refunded $4.99. I paid a total of $55.00 for flowers and 3 days later they are already dying/browning. I will not be purchasing flowers from "From You Flowers" again. I am very unsatisfied with your service & products.

Ordered to be delivered to USA (VA) Delivered on time and exactly as ordered. Had tried a couple of other sites and got as far as the checkout before they said that they could not deliver on my requested date. Will definitely use this site again :)
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
