Your handling fees are outrageous! Of course that's how you get people to buy is with less expensive flowers and then get the same money by charging large fees. The flowers sent were more greenery than the picture showed - less purple flowers. Still fresh and the recipient was pleased.
I had expected the peace lily plant to have at least one lily bloom. It had none. The picture also showed a much larger plant that actually was at least 2-3 feet tall
I expected the florist's choice arrangement (upgraded to best quality) to be a little nicer looking in terms of overall presentation. But my mom was happy with them. And the quality and amount of flowers seemed appropriate.
I was expecting the for my flowers to be more full looking! They are beautiful don't get me wrong but, I was expecting for me getting medium or I can't remember the second package it would be more fuller for 60+ dollars!
The plants were nice, however, the substitution of a round ceramic planter from a rectangular metal planter made the plants seem less than what was shown on site as a 'large' order.
Overall though very nice.
Thos was a great shopping experience and the flowers were beautiful!
The bouquet that arrived was very full and fresh but it only had 3 of the 5 kinds of flowers which it was supposed to have. It looked less complex and interesting and was not what I would otherwise have picked. I spoke with customer service and they graciously refunded 15% and gave me a $10 gift certificate towards my next order. The recipient thought the bouquet was lovely nevertheless.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
