This was a one day delivery promise. That is a reason I ordered what I ordered. It was for a memorial service a DAY AFTER the order. The flowers were for my daughter's mother (the deceased) so really for my daughter. They arrived at the END of the memorial. That is not acceptable.

What I received was not even close to what I ordered! I hope I can attach a picture to this email. The pot was nice, but very small. The plants were not at all what I wanted. They had three poorly placed pieces of bamboo in the middle. It was small and not at all pleasing to me. I paid an extra $4.95 to make sure it got there on time, so my bill was $65.00+. I am very disappointed. I knew it would be a little different, but this was inferior. I was happy with your service, but I would not use your service to go somewhere out-of-town where I could not see it, because I would not trust the florist making it.I would appreciate a response from

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
