The actual arrangement was much smaller than the perception I received from the website especially since I upgraded the order. While the flowers were pretty and the arrangement was as pictured for the price I paid I don't think I received the quantity I was expecting. Other than that every thing was fine but I will rethink before order like this again.
Delivery was a little late. I paid extra for delivery before 12:30 pm. Actual delivery time was about 12:50 pm.

This is the second time that I have used the service. My daughter told me the flowers send 6 states away earlier this year were beautiful, so I decided to use you again.
This order was scheduled for a Saturday delivery since her birthday was on Sunday. They were delivered on Friday instead. If I had wanted that date I would of scheduled it for then. I was spending the weekend and wanted to see here face, hence the Saturday delivery.
Other than that disapointment the order was perfect also.
Although I ordered this for someone else, there wasn't an option for choosing "let me know when the order was delivered". It only let me fill it out as if the order was coming to me.
I liked the easy selection of flowers. The website is not complicated to navigate and place an order. I loved that I even got a nice deal. My friend was surprised and delighted with the flowers.
Although the bouquet didn't look like the picture online it was still very beautiful. There service I received was excellent. My aunt was very happy with the product she got.
Over $70 for a new baby arrangement. I added a mylar balloon. I saw a pic of what was delivered. Im embarrassed I paid for that. I sent this to FAMILY! Wilted, horrible arrangment. AWFUL. Wasted $
Seeing a 20 percent off if you call in then being told price is the same as online. Prices misleading shipping and handling expensive.

This was a one day delivery promise. That is a reason I ordered what I ordered. It was for a memorial service a DAY AFTER the order. The flowers were for my daughter's mother (the deceased) so really for my daughter. They arrived at the END of the memorial. That is not acceptable.
