My mother-in-law enjoyed her birthday flowers which were designed to look like a birthday cake;

I paid for delivery by noon. At one, no flowers. Two - no flowers. So, the recipient called to inquire and was told the florist cancelled last minute. Wow, if I had known that was an issue I wouldn't have paid for rush delivery. Around three my friend was told the flowers were on the way. At 4 she called and was told they weren't coming and she would have to wait until Monday. At 4:30 a rather pitiful flower display was delivered to her. I'm quite unhappy. The whole point of paying for morning delivery was so she could enjoy them all day. Instead she gets them half an hour before closing. Why bother? When I order flowers to be delivered on a certain date and time, it's because the dAte and time matter. Throughout this whole process, no one from your company even tried to contact me. It was all handled by the recipient calling in. Very disappointed in the service.

I've used your service three times and was very pleased with the arrangements. I feel confident that this order will be no different.
Unfortunately the fourth time was not a charm. I do not blame Fromyouflowers but the florist that they choice to used. I have received flowers from this florist before and I also took a photo and sent it to the person that had sent me them and they were very upset with what they saw because of the amount that they paid for this arrangement. I ordered the Get Well arrangement with the Beewell which was a stuffed little bee. The recipient took a picture and sent it to me. I couldn't believe that this was the bouquet I upgraded to. It had about the same amount of flowers than the standard and the stuff bee was now two plastic smiley faces. They also delivered the flowers a day earlier than I requested. I contacted fromyouflowers and they said they would immediately take care of it and were very apologetic. I haven't heard anything yet but the way they handled it was much appreciated.

Very easy to order.
Flowers came, they were fresh, but very, very small, and not what I expected. I paid extra for more flowers, it was extremely disappointing. I would never purchase flowers here again, nor recommend them to anyone else.

They were pretty but they had no pink roses and the overall colors of the arrangement I ordered were altered by not enough pinks and too much green. I loved the arrangement I ordered bc it was all yellow, pink and purple- bright and cheerful... The flowers she received were pretty not cheerful.

The service and flower display was just okay

The service and flower display was just okay. Delivery was between 9am-6pm, they were delivered at 5:58pm. The display itself is never as beautiful as what's pictured. Overall, it was an average experience.
