I order the flower for my best friend's birthday and when she received it, it was not the same i choose. I am very disappointed with what they send her. I was wondering why? They gave her the black vase instead of the green plate like plate that I was chosen for her.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter at college on her 20th birthday. I got a call a day before saying the florist didn't have the lilies pictured in what I ordered and would need to replace them with carnations if I wanted them delivered on the date I requested (I ordered them three days earlier). I was disappointed, but approved the change because I really wanted her to receive them on her birthday. Then, they stated that they tried to deliver them on the date requested, but no one was there to receive them. She lives in a sorority house with 30 other women. I have every confidence that someone was there to receive them. When I called the following day to share my disappointment at the downgraded arrangement and the fact it wasn't delivered the only thing they offered was to deliver them again today. I have never had such an experience with other florists. I NOT recommend For You Flowers to anyone.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
