Flowers looked very good and fresh. Though I wasn't there but my wife told me when she received them. Shipping time was also great. The delivery man woke her up with the surprise and she really liked that moment.

I have been a customer for 4 years. Very pleased
I will know more about how this went after the order is sent and everything is done. I went with the higher price to make sure my mother would get her gift on time. After she waited at home all day nothing came. I had to call this co. And find out why my mother was not taken care of but the bill was taken care of. This co. Had no problem getting the money right out of my bank but my mother had to be held up hostage in her own home waiting for her gift for two days. I will not use this service again and will let everyone know that othe only thing this company cares about is taking your money not the service you should get for the money they take. Still waiting on that refund on the extra amount I paid to make sure my mother got her gift on time. I have NEVER used a service like this before but because I live over 600 miles away I wanted to do something special. Nice, real nice. I will never trust an on line service again.

The flowers were for my mom's birthday. I didn't see the bouquet, but she is very pleased and that's enough for me.
The recipient received their flowers on the day that was promised. I was thrilled with the florist that was chosen to do this order as they are my favorite florist in town. I know that coming from that florist it would be a beautiful item and it was. They were extremely satisfied. I have never had a bad experience with from you flowers - they are my "go to" website!

The service/handling fee is noted too late in the buying process which is slightly annoying. Otherwise, shopping was easy and there were great prices. The received product was full and beautiful.

A disappointment...
Well it was nice, but not worth the extra $$ I paid for the premium...It should have been larger with more orchid stems, and plants in it. I think they did the cheaper version...did not look even close to the original picture, except one white stem orchid.
The flowers were absolutely beautiful. They were the best I have ever ordered on line. My future orders will be placed via your website. My 96 year old Mother was thrilled and totally pleasantly surprised. Thank you so much.
