I'm very pleased with my arrangement.
I know there may be variations between the pictures and the actual flowers delivered but this time it really wasn't that close. I had ordered a bouquet with yellow, blue and white flowers and received all reddish flowers.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
