When I went to my moms today and actually seen the floral birthday cake I was very upset. It was absolutely nothing like the photo, I would never have ordered what she received, nor would I have paid what I did for it. I am shocked it was actually sent, even thinking I would think it was acceptable. It was NOTHING like what I paid for except the 4 candles.
The delivery person was very nice... thats the only thing I can say nice about this order.

WOW So Smooooooth
All the people I have sent flowers to (3 so far) have said they were beautiful. Twice I sent roses for around $27 total. I would have loved to get that deal again. That kind of pricing allows me to send flowers to people more often. Since I'm on a fixed income, $27 vs. $40 is quite a difference.
It was delivered so fast and the basket looked great!
It was very easy to order and I ordered the same day so that was very nice. The price was good, My sister loved the Flowers she said they were absolutely beautiful. My only complaint was I ordered flowers with sunflowers and the colors were deep yellows and purples and the flower that she received were pink and on the pastel side. Like I said it was same day so that could have been the issue and it is winter. I will try again to order from you. And I will try to order ahead of time. Hopefully the flowers will look more like that picture of the flowers that I picked.
Pleasurable customer service.
I was very pleased with my order. A former colleague was retiring, and I wanted to have the flowers delivered before her party, and was worried because I neglected to ask for specific time constraints, and the flowers were delivered with plenty of time for her to be surprised for her party.
Very easy site to get the flowers ordered quickly. I wasn't sure of the size and a different arrangement may have been a better choice. But the quality of the flowers is good.
